Drop off the car
Your booking time is for drop-off. It isn’t a promise that the MOT or repair starts at that minute.
We check and explain
If we find extra work, we contact you and get approval before carrying out chargeable repairs.
We call when it’s ready
Parts and workshop availability can affect timing. We’ll update you if there’s a meaningful delay.
As a guide from our current customer notice: an MOT typically needs 2–4 hours before collection; repairs vary with the work and parts required. We’ll confirm the plan when you book.

A national warranty on qualifying repairs
ServiceSure covers parts and labour for 12 months or 12,000 miles on qualifying repairs using GSF or Dingbro supplied parts. If an eligible repair needs attention, the network can help even when you are away from Irvine.
BrakeSure and OilSure
These schemes can add cover when eligible brake pads or servicing products are used. BrakeSure promotes a lifetime guarantee on qualifying pads. Ask us what applies to your vehicle and job before work begins.
Battery health checks
We can check your battery on our Yuasa test station and explain the result. It is a useful early warning before a weak battery leaves you stranded.
Help with an unexpected bill
A Payment Assist option is available for eligible repair and servicing bills. Ask the team how instalments and eligibility work before agreeing to the work.
