The website is public, but My Garage is reserved for customers. Your activation code is the secure key; your email is only used for your own login.
First visit
Enter it first. We will keep it temporarily in this browser while you create or sign into your login.
Returning customer
You do not need another activation code. Sign in with the email and password you created previously.

This customer portal is being tested. The Ayrshire MOT website remains public; only customer portal records require a verified sign-in and activation code.
Visit summaries are entered by the garage, and vehicle details come from what you enter or an official vehicle-records lookup at the time they were saved, so they may be incomplete or corrected. Your garage invoice and the official MOT record remain the sources to check for full details.
Loyalty rules may change during the beta with reasonable notice. Valid points already earned will not be reduced solely because the rules change, although errors, refunds and misuse may be corrected. Published expiry rules still apply.
Reminder emails are not active yet. A website login does not open My Garage on its own. On a first visit, enter a valid activation code before creating or signing into a verified login. A new-customer code creates the customer profile automatically. Fleet codes connect separate logins to an existing fleet profile, so each fleet user must use their own code. A campaign code creates a new blank starter profile only and never reveals existing garage history. Taking part is optional and does not affect your statutory rights.
